A worker-first company licensed and operating in UAE BAHR ALAMIL BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.CÂ was established with a trade license in Ajman, UAE, and operates across all seven emirates. We are approximately one year old as a registered company, but the people behind us carry years of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and facilities management. We started small, intentionally, because we wanted to build correctly from the foundation up.

Subcontract experience across credible UAE developments
In our first year, we were engaged by main contractors on some notable UAE developments providing skilled staffing and labour support on DAMAC Lagoons, Sobha Heartland, Reem Mall, Khalifa City, Khalifa University, and multiple Binghatti projects in Ajman. We worked alongside developers and contractors like YAS Projects, Sobha, and Binghatti in a subcontract capacity. We mention these not to inflate our standing, but because the work happened and we are proud of it.
